I weighed in today. Usually, I weigh in on Sundays (which would be tomorrow), but today I’m going to the farmer’s market and then out to eat with friends today. I’m sure that whatever I eat, no matter how healthy the choice, will contain a good amount of sodium, which means I will have water retention going on tomorrow. So, I opted to weigh in today instead. I’m down just over 2 lbs since last week’s weigh in! Woohoo!!! I’m at 180.6, just a smidge away from being in the 170’s!!! OMG! My current mini goals include being in the 170’s by the end of the month and to be at 175 by Valentine’s Day. I believe I can achieve both so long as I keep sticking to my food and fitness plans for myself like I’ve done for the past 2 weeks without fail.
I will weigh in again next Friday, the 1st for the fitness challenge I’m participating in with co-workers (we weigh in on the first of the month every other month). So excited to see 170 something on that scale!
